These terms govern use of the Empowered Digital website. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or client service agreement. Fees, deliverables, commitments, cancellations and other service obligations are governed by the separate signed agreement. This draft requires legal review before launch.
Permitted and acceptable use
You may use this website to learn about our services and make genuine business inquiries. Do not submit false information, spam, malicious code or unlawful content; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with website operations; or misuse forms and other features.
Intellectual property
Website copy, design, branding and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except as permitted by law. Client names, screenshots, logos and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
Information and marketing outcomes
Website information is provided for general business information, not legal, financial or other professional advice. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or any particular marketing outcome. Pricing and scope are confirmed through the applicable proposal and agreement.
Client ownership philosophy
Clients retain ownership of their domains, Google Business Profiles, business identity and core business assets when engaging Empowered Digital, subject to the separate signed service agreement. We may manage access, DNS or configuration on a client’s behalf; management does not by itself transfer ownership. Rights to specific work, licenses and third-party tools are addressed in the signed agreement.
Third-party links and services
Links to portfolio websites, Facebook, Google and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites or guarantee their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Availability and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Empowered Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The scope and enforceability of this language require legal review.
Changes and applicable law
We may update website content and these terms. Applicable governing law, jurisdiction and any dispute-resolution provisions must be confirmed by legal counsel before launch; no jurisdiction is specified in this draft. Signed client agreements address their own governing terms.
